3. No Guarantee of Visa or Travel Outcomes

Visa approval decisions belong entirely to the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Travel Router does not claim any influence over visa decisions and makes no guarantee of any visa approval, grant, or positive outcome. No planning support, document review, or advisory communication from Travel Router should be interpreted as a representation that a visa will be granted.

Travel requirements — including visa requirements, entry rules, health documentation requirements, and permitted purposes of travel — can change at any time and without notice. Information provided by Travel Router reflects our understanding at the time of communication and may not reflect subsequent changes. You are responsible for verifying current requirements with the relevant authority before travel.

Travel Router is not responsible for travel disruptions, border closures, airline policy changes, hotel cancellations, or any event outside our direct control — including geopolitical events, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or changes in destination government policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

Where no fees were paid, our liability shall not exceed a nominal sum as determined under applicable law.

Planning terms, fees, and commitments are confirmed in writing via email — informal WhatsApp messages do not constitute a binding agreement.
