How Partner Links Work. Usefulness first, disclosure always.
The Toolkit may include links to third-party platforms for traveler preparation. Some may be partner or affiliate links. The standard is simple: usefulness first, disclosure always.
What partner links mean
If you use certain links from this site, Travel Router may receive a commission or partner credit. Your purchase, price, refund, cancellation, service delivery, and customer support remain governed entirely by the third-party platform's own terms. Travel Router does not control, guarantee, or take responsibility for third-party products or services.
Our selection standard
A link only appears in the Toolkit if it meets all of the following:
- The tool must serve a real traveler preparation need
- It must not encourage payment before visa, file, or route risk is understood
- It must be clearly disclosed where relevant on the page
- It must not be presented as a guaranteed outcome or best-in-class claim
- It must be removable from the site if quality drops or terms change
When not to use partner links without a desk review
Do not rely solely on Toolkit tools for the following situations — ask the desk first:
- Visa is pending
- A previous refusal exists
- The trip is a business, medical, Umrah, academic, or multi-generational family trip
- Complex route or multiple countries
- High-value or non-refundable payments are involved
- Insurance requirement is unclear
- Traveler is elderly, a child, or a patient
Technical standard for external links
All commercial, affiliate, or sponsored external links on this site use:
target="_blank"
Editorial or non-commercial external links follow the site's standard external link pattern. If you find a link that does not follow this standard, report it to desk@travelrouter.co.
