Umrah planning

Umrah planning with clarity, respect, and ground support.

Umrah is not a travel product. It is a religious obligation and a significant personal undertaking. Travel Router approaches Umrah planning with the documentation rigor and logistical care the trip requires — and with honesty about what is included and what is not.

Our approach

The trip is sacred. The planning should match that.

There is a significant gap in the Bangladeshi Umrah travel market between what is promised and what is delivered. Accommodation sold as “close to Haram” that is a 40-minute walk. Transport arrangements that do not materialise. Group itineraries that leave individuals without support on the ground.

Travel Router works with verified ground handlers in Makkah and Madinah. We confirm distances before we state them. We document what is included. We do not use vague language to make an arrangement sound better than it is. This is not marketing language — it is the minimum standard we hold ourselves to for a trip of this significance.

How we plan Umrah

Documentation. Route. Stay. Support.

Every layer of Umrah planning carries its own requirements. We structure all four before any commitment is made — because a missing document or an unverified hotel distance is not a minor inconvenience on a trip of this significance.

01Documentation

The file before the flight, not after.

Umrah visa coordination through registered Saudi handlers, health and vaccination records, mahram documentation for female travelers, and passport validity — confirmed before any booking is made.

  • Umrah visa through registered operators
  • Health & vaccination requirements
  • Mahram documentation review
  • Passport validity confirmation
02Route

Makkah and Madinah have their own sequence.

Entry via Jeddah or Madinah, city sequencing based on ritual preference, transit and connection requirements, and timing relative to Ramadan or Dhul Hijja crowds.

  • Jeddah vs Madinah entry
  • Makkah–Madinah sequence logic
  • Ramadan and peak timing
  • Transit visa assessment
03Stay

'Close to Haram' must mean something specific.

Walking distance to Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi stated in minutes and metres, not marketing language. Elderly accessibility, elevator access, and route quality confirmed before recommendation.

  • Distance stated in metres and minutes
  • Elderly and mobility access
  • Group vs private options
  • Haram boundary vs walking zone
04Support

Calm, respectful, low-pressure.

Pre-departure briefing on airport protocol, ihram requirements, and ground handler contact. On-trip WhatsApp advisor. Emergency contacts and contingency guidance documented before departure.

  • Pre-departure orientation
  • Ihram and airport briefing
  • On-trip WhatsApp advisor
  • Ground handler contacts
What we handle

Six things Travel Router covers before you board the flight.

Umrah visa coordination

Processed through Ministry of Hajj-registered Bangladeshi agents. We coordinate with verified handlers and confirm the correct application process for your travel dates.

Health documentation

Meningitis vaccination, health declarations, and other current Saudi health entry requirements — confirmed against current rules before your file is prepared.

Mahram documentation

Requirements for female travelers vary by age and current Saudi regulations. We confirm the rules and prepare the required documentation before the visa application.

Accommodation proximity

Distance to Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi stated in walking minutes and metres. Wheelchair and elderly route suitability confirmed — not assumed.

Group and private arrangements

Group Umrah programs and private arrangements have different documentation and logistics. We plan for both and clearly state what is included in each.

Inclusions stated in writing

What is covered in your arrangement — flights, accommodation, transfers, visa — is stated specifically before commitment. No hidden costs discovered on arrival.

Umrah visa — honesty principle

No responsible advisor can promise a visa approval. What Travel Router can do is help you understand Umrah visa requirements, identify weak points in your file, organise documents, prepare the application carefully, and coordinate with registered handlers. Final decisions belong to the relevant Saudi authorities.

No responsible advisor can promise a visa approval. What Travel Router can do is help you understand requirements, identify weak points, organise documents, prepare the file carefully, and approach the process with clarity. Final decisions always belong to the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

Closing

Start with clarity.

Tell us what you are trying to plan. We will read it carefully, write back honestly, and propose a route that fits your file, your timing, and the people travelling with you.

Honesty principle

We never promise an approval. We promise an honest read, a careful file, and a plan you can stand behind.
