Yes. The meningococcal (ACYW135) vaccination is mandatory for all visitors to Saudi Arabia, regardless of age or visa type. It must be administered before arrival. Carry the vaccination certificate — it may be checked at entry. Some entry points also require a yellow fever vaccination certificate if the traveler is arriving from a country with yellow fever risk.
